HIGH ALTITUDE BALLOON RESEARCH

Abstract

Flight summaries are presented for 11 Skyhook balloons. One flight gave inaccurate pressure-height data as checked with a theodolite. In another, a tear occurred in launching, and equipment was lost. The remaining 9 flights were all successful.
