HIGH ALTITUDE BALLOON RESEARCH

Abstract

A flight summary for a Skyhook balloon is presented. The balloon and accessory equipment were flown successfully. Poor mechanical conditions prevented successful tracking by an AT-6. The balloon landed in Mexico. The equipment and payload were returned in good condition.
