Abstract

Progress is reported on the following projects; (1) beam-type microwave tubes; (2) high-power microwave tubes; (3) high-density-cathode studies; (4) slot antennas; (5) multimode studies; (6) diffraction, scattering, and microwave optics; (7) CCA communication antennas; and (8) broad-band microwave radiating systems and networks. Related research studies are reported on metallic delay media (disks and rods), a side-outlet T for impedance measurements, and loaded whip antennas.
