ANTHROPOMETRY OF WAF BASIC TRAINEES

Abstract

Body size data for 63 measurements of 852 Women's Air Force basic trainees are presented for use by the designers of Air Force equipment. The statistics reported for each measurement include the mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, standard errors of these statistics, range, and selected percentiles from the first to the ninety-ninth. In general, these statistics are reported in both the metric and English values. A complete description of the antropometric techniques used is presented.
