A REVIEW OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PLASTIC PHYSICAL SKIN SIMULANT FOR EVALUATING SUB-FABRIC FLASH BURNS

Abstract

The Naval Materiel Laboratory has been engaged in the development of a physical skin simulant for evaluation flash burns behind fabric systems. Progress in this development as of 15 May 1955 is summarized in this report.
