STUDY OF THE FEASIBILITY OF USING PLASTIC BALLOONS TO CARRY AN ARRAY OF LOADS AT AN ALTITUDE OF 100,000 FEET

Abstract

A study vas made to determine the feasibility of using high altitude plastic balloons to carry arrays of 100 lb and 1500 lb payloads at analtitude of 100,000 ft and have the arrays pass over a point on the earth at a specified time.
