Breathing Mask Assembly.
Abstract
The breathing mask assembly is comprised of a breathing mask, and a removable spectacles subassembly which is insertable into the breathing mask. There is a means for releasably connecting the spectacles subassembly within, and to, the breathing mask. The releasable connecting means includes two portions, one of which is attached to the internal surface of the face piece component of the breathing mask and does not impair, or destroy, the airtight seal necessary at the face-to-face piece interface when the breathing mask is worn. Therefore, the same breathing mask may be used either by a spectacles wearer or by a normal wearer.
