Short Range Moving Target Noise Signal Radar System.

Abstract

The patent application describes a short range moving target noise signal radar system which distinguishes the location of a target to be inside a predetermined distance. Targets outside this distance give no response. Targets anywhere within this distance give essentially the same response. The presence of a target is manifested by detecting an interference pattern produced between the received target signal and a reference signal. The system requires relative motion between the radar and the target and does not respond to stationary targets.
