APPLICATIONS OF TUNNEL DIODES IN SWITCHING CIRCUITS

Abstract

The general considerations for switching circuits are presented. The methods used to realize the three basic requirements by using tunnel diodes are stated. A set of basic circuits is presented and some experimental results are given. Other miscellaneous applications are added. (Author)
