CV-668 (XA-1)/AAR VIDEO SIGNAL CONVERTER

Abstract

The considerations which prompted the design methods used for the video signal converter are discussed. Photographs of main assemblies as well as main assembly drawings are included. Reliability and serviceability of individual sub-ASSEMBLIES OF THE EQUIPMENT ARE DISCUSSED. Discussions on optical alignment, crater lamp alignment, first breadboard tests and other pertinent tests, are presented. Also included is a section on the major problems encountered. A complete circuit description of the video signal converter, supplemented with a block diagram and schematic diagram, is presented. (Author)
