LITERATURE SURVEY OF SELECTED SEMICONDUCTOR PROPERTIES
Abstract
A literature survey was conducted concerning selected thermodynamic data of semiconductor materials. The data are compiled herein accompanied by their respective references (125). The data presented as a result of the search are as follows: (1) thermodynamic properties of Group IIA, IIIB, IVB, and VB elements; (2) thermodynamic properties of intermetallic compounds between Groups IIA and IVB and Groups IIIB and VB elements; and (3) distribution coefficients and solid solubilities of solute elements in silicon and germanium. The following sources have been used in the search for references to the literature: (1) Metallurgical Abstracts, 1956 to 30 June 1960; (2) Chemical Abstracts, 1948 to 30 June 1960; (3) Review of Metal Literature, 1955 to 30 June 1960; (4) Physics Abstracts, 1955 to 30 June 1960; (5) Nuclear Science Abstracts, 1951 to 30 June 1960; and (6) Armed Services Technical Information Agency, 1955 to 30 June 1960.
