Abstract

The 1960 observational program of the Cornell polarimeter was designed to measure the Faraday effect in the solar corona by simultaneous measurements at two nearby frequencies to obtain the frequency dependence directly. The last status analysis (AD-251 639) interpreted the most significant specific events in terms of Faraday dispersion. This analysis summarizes all observations with respect to the general state of polarization of solar radio emission at 201.8 Mc. (Author)
