A STUDY OF THE DISSOCIATION OF A SUPERSATURATED NICKEL-CHROMIUM-TITANIUM-ALUMINUM SOLID SOLUTION

Abstract

For a proper understanding of the mechanism of hardening in metals and alloys t is impotant to know which changes in the fine crystal structure will bring about the changes in the mechanical properties. The present paper deals with changes in the fine crystal strucure due to the dissociation of a heat-resistant nickelchromium-titanium aluminum alloy. (Author)
