ON LINEAR THEORIES OF GRAVITATION

Abstract

The Birkhoff and Belinfante linear theories of gravitation are compared with the general theory of relativity. It is shown that such differences between them can be found as can, in principle, be detected by experiments with artificial satellites. (Author)
