SPIN ECHO RESONANCE

Abstract

The theoretical and experimental parameters which determine electron spin-echo formation and lifetimes are discussed, particularly with reference to the present state of information storage in these systems. A new mechanism of physical interest, intraline spectral diffusion, is considered and some experimental results of its effect on spin-echo lifetimes reported. (Author)
