PROPOSED WIND TUNNEL INVESTIGATION OF VARIOUS HYPERSONIC CONFIGURATIONS TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE AEDC GAS DYNAMICS FACILITY TUNNEL HS-2

Abstract

The pretest requirements of the AEDC Gas Dynamics Facility are outlined and summarized. Tests are to be conducted to obtain useful heat transfer and pressure distributions on hypersonic models which include conical bodies, flat plates, and delta wings.
