INVESTIGATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERAMIC BODIES FOR ELECTRON TUBES

Abstract

A continuing search of the literature on thermal expansion data of ceramic materials has so far uncovered several compositional areas that appear worthy of experimental exploration as possible sources of high thermal expansion materials. These include microcrystalline quartz, gamma-alumina and alkaline-earth silicates. (Author)
