DEVELOPMENT AND TEST OF CERAMIC BONDED STAINLESS STEEL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

Abstract

Application of a ceramic-braze adhesive bonding process to a representative 17-7PH stainless steel aircraft component has been accomplished. Design allowables, weight analysis and a construction procedure pertinent to the application of a ceramic adhesive are also included. (Author)
