ULTRAVIOLET AND VACUUM EFFECTS ON INORGANIC MATERIALS. AN ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY.

Abstract

A selected list of 73 annotated references are presented on the effects of the vacuum and ultraviolet on inorganic materials. Primarily the effects reported in the literature are on the optical properties of inorganic films. Emphasis was placed on recent literature, from 1958 on. The references are arranged alphabetically by author; an index by material is also provided. Sources used were Physics Abstracts, Chemical Abstracts, Ceramics Abstracts, Engineering Index, Nuclear Science Abstracts, ASTIA, and LMSD card catalog. (Author)
