Electroluminescent Ferroelectric (ELF) Solid State Display.

Abstract

INVESTIGATIONS WERE CONTINUED ON THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A SOLID STATE DISPLAY PANEL CONSISTING OF A MULTITUDE OF SMALL INDIVIDUAL CELL STRUCTURES. Brightness and current were measured for several specimens of ZnS:Cu, C1 films at temperatures of 77 K to 330 K. Measurements onALL THE NEW CERAMIC MATERIAL RECEIVED TO DATE WERE COMPLETED, UTILIZING BOTH STANDARD AND FRINGING ELECTRODES. (Author)
