Abstract

Conclusions: To coordinate the research operations on heat exchange, the organization of mutual information and exchange of experience, it is necessary to establish at the Academy of Sciences USSR a scientific technical council on heat exchange, it should include representatives of academic and branch institutions, higher educational institutions and industry.
