EFFECT OF CATALYST CONCENTRATIONS ON THE STAIN RESISTANCE OF PLASTICIZED POLYVINYL CHLORIDE MATERIALS

Abstract

The effect on stain resistance and physical properties of catalyst concentrations in two plasticized poly- (vinyl) chloride formulations is described. Concentrations of catalyst ranged from 1.67 to 3.0%. Stain resistance was increased in both formulations with an increase in catalyst concentration. The effect on physical properties was minimal.
