SELECTION AND OPERATION OF INFRARED DETECTORS
Abstract
A discussion is presented of those physical, electrical, and behavioristic parameters that must be taken into consideration in the selection of an infrared detector for any practical application. Formulas and graphical data currently used to determine the responsivity and the detectivity of infrared detector cells are given and their use is explained. (Author)
