PROBABILISTIC INVESTIGATION OF A SINGLE SERVER QUEUEING PROCESS WITH POISSONIAN INPUT AND BATCH SERVICE

Abstract

A probabilistic investigation is made of a ingle server queueing process with Poissonian input and batch service. The interarrival times are assumed to be independent and identically distribute random variables. The first come-first served policy is used to study the waiting time distribution. (Author)
