INFRARED VIDICON

Abstract

Open-en ed Terms: VIDICON. The principal requirements for infrared-sensitive vidicons are pre ented together with the development of special target elec ro es. pecial investigation methods and measuring equipment were developed to obtain the basic characteristics of IR-sensitive vidicons and were used to compare them with non-Soviet makes, particularly the American RCA-7038. Results of such a study are presented. (Author)
