INTEGRATED COMPUTER CIRCUITS USING UNIPOLAR TRANSISTORS

Abstract

Research was continued on a new logic system employing direct-coupled unipolar transistors (DCUTL) for use in digital computers. Some of the fundamental integrated circuits are dealt with quantitatively. Optimization is considered of the passive element structure and the following computer circuits are synthesized in integrated form: (1) AND-circuit, (2) OR-circuit, (3) inverter, (4) half-adder, (5) memory, and (6) shift register.
