MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMICS AND ENERGY CONVERSION

Abstract

Research concerns the extension of a one-dimensional analysis of a magnetohydrodynamic ac generator to the slightly lossy case to provide a theoretical basis for determining the possibility of power generation with real gases. The magnetic reflection of a shock-produced plasma is also considered. (Author)
