ON THE QUESTION OF THE DOPPLER EFFECT IN THE THEORY OF VAVILOV-CHERENKOV LUMINESCENCE
Abstract
A geometric interpretation of the Vavilov-Cherenkov phenomenon is analyzed which is convenient for a clarification of the peculiarities of the Doppler effect in this case. (Author)
