General Method of Seeking the Optimum Distribution for Linear Antennas,

Abstract

A general principle is presented for seeking the parameters of a linear antenna by which the problem of finding the optimum distribution of these parameters will reduce, in principle, to a numerical computation. Not only discrete but also continuous current distributions without singularities can be analyzed in such a general formulation if they are prescribed in the form of finite Fourier sums. (Author)
