Abstract
Accelerated tests were performed to determine the effect of alternate cycles of moisture and elevated temperature on various center terminal and contact spring materials. Premalloy (a gold alloy) will be used as center terminal material for 100 ohm pots; whereas, nickel-silver will be used for all other ranges required. RV11, (1-piece), RV11, (3-piece), and RV12 elements were processed and sent for assembly into housings. The IRC element facility is approximately 92% complete. The CTS facility is approximately 90% complete. (Author)
