THE ASSOCIATION OF THIN LINE RADAR ECHOES TO GUST FRONTS

Abstract

Radar observations of two thin-line echoes are presented as observed at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama in June, 1960. Their relationship to the occurrence of first gusts from air-mass thunderstorms is shown. (Author)
