RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF A 1000 MC GERMANIUM AMPLIFIER TRANSISTOR
Abstract
The 1000 mc neutralized power gain of 100 units produced ranged between 6 and 11 db. These same units had unneutralized power gains that ranged from 7 to 14.5 db. The results of the environmental and life tests show that the units are stable and well within the required established range. One of the units fabricated had 16.2 db of power gain at 1000 mc.
