MILLIMETER WAVE TRANSITIONS FOR FREQUENCY CONTROL

Abstract

Progress is reported on the development of a molecular beam frequency standard. These results included the Hamiltonian and Matrix elements for the hyperfine structure of NaH in the presence of a combined electric and magnetic field, and a discussion of the noise properties of a molecular beam. Additionally, a brief note on the beam tester, magnetic shields, and the high field Stark effect is included. (Author)
