STUDY OF METEOROLOGICAL SURVEILLANCE OBSERVING SYSTEM

Abstract

Techniques for passively measuring micrometeorological variables are described. A system for determining temperature, pressure, relative humidity and wind velocity by passive means is presented. A recommendation for the constructionAND TEST OF MICROWAVE AND INFRARED RADIOMETERS AS A FIRST STEP TOWARD IMPLEMENTING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS MADE.
