SCATTERING OF LOW ENERGY K(-)-MESONS BY NUCLEI

Abstract

Calculations are given for linking the low-energy K(-)-proton scattering amplitudes with the optical potential for K(-)-mesons in nuclei. The basic calculation is of the optical potential U (single particle potential) of a meson in nuclear matter.
