RADIATION OF A CHARGE MOVING PARALLEL TO THE INTERFACE OF TWO MEDIA
Abstract
The problem of the radiation of a charge particle moving parallel to the interface of two media is solved. The method used makes it possible to solve this problem very simply and to obtain certain new results applicable mainly to the radiation in the medium where the particle itself is moving. (Author)
