EFFECT OF POROSITY ON THE PROPERTIES OF FERRITE CORES

Abstract

Conclusions: Maximum rectangularity of hysteresis loops of ferrite cores is obtained with optimal porosity assigned by the binding substance. Differences in the porosity of pressingsAFFECTS DIMENSIONS BUT HAS NO BEARING ON THE RECTANGULARITY OF HYSTERESIS LOOPS OF CORES. On the bas s of the results obtained it is possible, in the case of mass production, to correct consignments of small-size cores. (Author)
