DEVELOPMENT OF A FLAMEOUT SENSOR FOR RAPID RELIGHT OF TURBO-JET ENGINE

Abstract

In a program directed to the development, design, and test demonstration of a device for detecting flame-out in a turbo-jet engine, breadboard and prototype devices were delivered to the Naval Air Turbine Test Station, Trenton, New Jersey, for functional test. The test program was delayed by malfunction of the test facility and attendant rescheduling problems. (Author)
