LONG RANGE RESEARCH IN THE INFORMATION SCIENCES

Abstract

A new method for automatically collecting, storing, and retrieving scientific information is described. Further sophistication of the process enables it to translate, screen, index, and requisition such information. A number of problems are discussed, such as problems of information analysis, problems of people, of computers, and a look is taken at long range research into information sciences.
