PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT MODEL 385 AIR REFUELING STORE

Abstract

Work is in process on fabrication of the prototype stores. Wind tunnel tests of a flutter model of the store have been completed; results indicate that the configuration is satisfactory throughout the operational envelope with all the proposed tanker airplanes. Fuel system tests indicate a redesign of the flow regulator. (Author)
