HUMAN ENGINEERING ANALYSIS OF THE AUGMENTED FOUR-WHEELS SYSTEM

Abstract

This report is a description of the human engineering aspects of the Precision Approach Radar (PAR), Surveillance Approach Radar (SAR), Communications, and VFR Tower shelters of the Augmented 4 Wheels System. It describes the layout, eqipment configurations, operational functions and ambient conditions for each of these shelters. The final sec ion outlines human engineering recommendations for common aspects of the system.
