MULTIDIMENSIONAL INFORMATION THEORY

Abstract

Multi-dimensional information theory is developed, particularly those aspects which are concerned with the dimensionality of the information or those which conventional information theory (usually one dimensional) has ignored or neglected. A complete development is given of principles and methods for a multidimensional generalization of the sampling theorem considered as an interpolation theorem. (Author)
