AN ELASTIC-PLASTIC ANALYSIS OF A CYLINDRICAL SHELL WITH PARTIALLY PLASTIC CROSS SECTIONS
Abstract
A method is presented for obtaining elasticplastic solutions for ideal sandwich cylindrical shells under axially symmetric loadings and with partially plastic cross sections. The method is presented with the aid of a solution to a sample problem. (Author)
