ESTIMATING THE RELIABILITY OF AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FROM THE RESULTS OF TESTS OF AN INCOMPLETE APPARATUS STRUCTURE

Abstract

A method of estimating the reliability of systems from the results of tests of an incomplete apparatus structure is considered. The dependence of the estimate error on the structure of the system and the ratio between the volumes of the groups of elements contained in the tested and nontested devices are established.
