STUDY OF MILITARY SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS USED FOR PRIMARY D-C AIRCRAFT ELECTRIC SYSTEMS

Abstract

A study was made of various military specifications and standards used by the Army, Navy, and Air Force for the design and procurement of primary d-c electric systems for use in aircraft. The purpose was to determine where duplication and differences in equipment requirements existed among the services, and to make recommendations for any desirable improvements. The resulting recommendations are given. (Author)
