RESEARCH IN SATELLITE TRACKING TECHNIQUES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRAL PARAMETRIC AMPLIFIER ANTENNA

Abstract

A summary is presented of research and development activities in connection with the improvement of reception of signals from orbiting satellites, the tracking of satellites through doppler shift measurements, and investigations leading to the invention of an integrated parametricAMPLIFIER AND DIPOLE ANTENNA. Design conditions for the latter are summarized and the construction and performance of typical quarter and half dipoles are reported. (Author)
