STRUCTURAL LAMINATES LITERATURE SURVEY

Abstract

A survey of literature pertinent to analysis and behavior of structural laminates is presented. The discussion is separated into four sections: (1) mechanical properties, (2) formulation of the governing equations, (3) solution techniques, and (4) failure criteria. In each section a short resume is given, in which the present state of knowledge is briefly summarized. References are given to abstracts which appear at the end of the report. (Author)
