INFORMATION ABOUT THE FORMATION OF DROPS ON THE BASIS OF THERMODYNAMICS AND THE THEORY OF KINETICS OF PHASES IS PRESENTED. The development of drops on embryonal droplets and condensation nuclei is explained and quantitatively described. (Author)
