RESULTS IN GEODETIC PHOTOGRAMMETRY III. PHOTOGRAMMETRIC DETERMINATION OF AZIMUTH OF HIRAN LINES
Abstract
An iterative solution is developed for the d ermination of the azimuth of Hiran lines for photogrammetric observations of the line crossing trace of an airborne flashing light recorded against the stellar background. Results of a test of the method are reported and recommendations are made for improvement of operational procedures. (Author)
