Abstract

Identifiers: Androform, Compressive strength.A two-volume report presents methods of determining formability analytically for the 12 most common processes of forming sheet metals in the aircraft industry. This method is based on utilization of a material's mechanical properties to predict formability. The volume on applications is presented in handbook form giving design and manufacturing information for the 19 materials in the program.
